I own a home that was worked on by Nelson Foundation prior to my ownership. I transfered the warranty into my name upon purchase of the home. Now nine years later I need foundation work done because the house has moved. Mrs. Nelson came out and evaluated the movement and agreed to make adjustments according to the warranty. This was a month and a half ago!!! I understand the wait time involved but the sad thing is Mrs. nelson has not returned any of our phone calls. This all the while as I observe worsening conditions outside and inside the home. Not even a return phone call from the loyal secretary!! Let the customer know something..
