these guys are great. I have had a vehicle that I have been working on for 3 weeks trying to figure out why my transmission wasnt shifting into the last gear, no slipping or delays just no high gear. I called a transmission masters and spoke to their manager Tracy, he gave me an appointment for the next day, had it checked while I waited, about 30 minutes later, Tracy came out to me and let me know that high gear wasnt working due to a sensor on the engine, and that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Tracy ordered the part and installed it while I waited, after the new sensor was installed high gear started working again. I was sure I needed a transmission rebuild, and they could have told me I did and I would have never known, I know that there are alot of dishonest shops out there that would have told me that the transmission was bad, but I am glad I called them first, a big thumbs up to Tracy and the crew at a transmission masters, for their honesty and great customer service.
