this is regarding far west . . . my visit here was very fast and efficient. check in was quick and the receptionist directed me where to go. i entered the waiting area and had been there about 60 seconds when my name was called (i was still looking for reading material).
the clinician took my info, said the doc would be in shortly and left. knock on the door about 1 to 2 minutes later and in comes the doc (david weeks). he was not brusque, but simply matter of fact. asked me to recount what was happening and i did. he asked several questions, so did i. he addressed everything i brought up and then made suggestions as to how to go about resolving my issues.
he made referrals, sent a script to my preferred pharmacy-

- staff ok, food sucked, wheres the owners/managers when you want them
food took forever, I was here thursday night, got a medium burger which took 30mins and was hard as a rock when I got it, when I asked for the manager my server told me they were away, so I asked for the owner, and of course he wasn't there either... so much for responsibility..I dont think Im coming back anytime soon

- Believe the negative reviews -- Do not eat here!
First, the good. The servers are incredibly sweet, and the owner/manager should take better care of them.
Now the bad. The food is terrible. The wings had very little meat on them, were overcooked, and are overpriced (You can get cheaper/tastier wings at the Dominos in the same shopping center). The fries arrived undercooked. Management did not even bother to come by.
The managers themselves look like thugs. One previous review mentions that we're now in 2011, and that people criticize certain groups of people (an allusion to racism). To those people I say this: If you dress and/or act like a thug and own a business (no matter what color/creed/religion you are), expect birds of a similar feather to patronize your establishment. Palmetto does not need any more thugs, as we are alread at capacity. Which brings me to my next point. I would not bring my family anywhere near this place.
As per the "positive reviews" -- It's obvious that those people have never eaten here. If they had, they obviously aren't very intelligent (is spellcheck really that hard to use?). To Vladimir: You don't seem very bright. If a restaurant performs poorly, it is bound to close. That's how the free market system works (and, one with any kind of law degree should have a basic understanding of market forces). To the person who says to not believe anything you read on the internet: This is 2011. People visit restaurants and then write reviews to tell other people about their visits. If you choose to not believe them, then patronize the establishment all you want. Just don't blame me for the poor service that you are likely to receive. (As of this posting, less than half the reviews on this site are favorable).
In my opinion, the experiences I've had at Tyme Out have been disgusting, at best. I would not want anyone else to suffer through the same.-

- The food really wasn't that good...
I've had better food in other places. The steak was a poor cut, undercooked, and cold. The potato was even worse -- Just undercooked, parts of it were raw. Save your money -- There's a McDonalds right across the street.

I've been to eat at Tyme Out a few times, though at the beginning of their opening there were some errors, since then they have came a long! way!! Their food is amazing (takes a little time on getting it out but at least you know it's made fresh!) and the staff is very on top of things. Their all very nice and very welcoming!! Don't always believe what you read on the intertnet, I recommend going in and trying it out for yourselfs!!

I read the comments about Tyme Out Neighborhood Grill and I have to disagree with the "Degrading" ones. I frequent restaurants around the world and I have to say my family and I had a "WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE"!!!!!!!! People complain about fish tanks, steaks and etc but how many times have you experienced the same problems with other 4 or 5 star restaurants. I'm sure no one said "They" should close their doors and act as if they were never open. Palmetto needs a place like Tyme Out. I suggest in the near future instead of criticizing the business, help to better the business. I would encourage those that had a bad experience to give them another try. If you have an issue with the food, server or management please ask to speak with the owner.

- What was that???
I stopped in to have a quick bite with my girl. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a dirty green aquarium. Not the most appetizing sight. Secondly, there is no decor on the walls, it looks like a half ass almost done but ran out of money restaurant.
We ordered chicken fingers. They were over cooked, dry, and took almost 30 min to arrive. I over heard the manager say he wants it to be a restaurant with alcohol, not a bar with food. If your alcohol is as bad as your food...do us all a favor and drain that fish tank, lock your doors, and pretend you never opened.-

My wife, daughter and I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. The food was terrible or worse. The items we ordered were not available and the ones we substituted should not have been available. The baked potato was burned, hard and cold. The substitute mashed potatoes were instant (ugh) and terrible. We finally worked our way through part of the steaks but left much because it was too tough and terrible.
I called the manager to the table to complain and seek and adjustment to our bill. He was very non-chalant about the whole experience and refused to offer an apology or an adjustment.
The best thing for that business is to be out of business.
Oh, there is one good thing; the young waitress was very nice, understanding and apologetic. NEVER AGAIN! I am forced to give one star which they do not deserve.-
