- Awful work
Do not hire this company. They will come in and promise you good service and great work. Neither will happen. In my experience, calls were often ignored and concerns were not responded to. We had a simple job. Retiling the bathroom, installing a new tub, and installing a toilet. No major changes. We were told the job would take 1 week. It took 7 and was done incorrectly. We were not communicated with as to when the workers were coming to work and for how long. If we were told, they would often show up hours late, if at all. We were not able to communicate with the workers because they speak very broken English. The work completed was not satisfactory either. They left the job 'completed' and had the overflow and drain on the tub on a different line than the tub spout, shower handle, and shower head. The tub spout and shower head tilt to the left. The lines are about two inches off from one another. They laid tile on top of the laminate in the bedroom instead of having the two simply meet (as we had asked for). The workers blamed the inspector for making them put in drywall and sealant. They also left a mess behind which the HOA will charge us for as the debris left has killed the grass and is killing other shrubs. I could go on and on about the incompetency here. Just suffice it to say, DO NOT HIRE THEM. Instead, learn from our mistake and hire another company.
