    • great customer service!

    • I found there ad on Craigslist, I sent an email and almost instantly I had a response from Joel there Showing Agent I had a lot of questions about there property they had in SE minneapolis. He was able to answer all my questions, he did not treat me like I was a ticket to a commision check you could tell that he enjoyed the work and was not into make a paycheck which is always nice. he reccomended other properties they had available and the 1st time I had ever had a rental compay give me a list of all there available properties... My only complaint was the application fee ($50)was to rich for my blood at the momnet and by the time I had the money to apply the unit was already rented so I had to look for other housing.. but that is more my fault then theres

      I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AS I DID NOT HAVE A GRET OF AN EXPREIANCE AT THE PLACE I RENTED FROM.
