I have been a customer of Peninsular Plumbing now for about four years. Their service has always been satisfactory, their prices more than fair. In fact, they have been kind enough to help me out with small discounts to help when a major repair was needed, which certainly helps me on my tight budget. Their response times for service has also been extremely good; most recently today, July 2nd, 2010 when I called to inquire about having a new water heater installed. Not only did they have the style I needed, but were able to come the same day and install it, all before 5 PM. The serviceman, Russell, was very good, doing the work in a timely and very efficient manner; and in fact went the extra mile to make sure the work area was cleaner after he left than before he arrived. So thus far I would give Peninsular Plumbing a five star rating, and would tell them to keep doing exactly what they're doing, because if they do they have a customer for life.

Not only was the pricing fair, but Chris is about the nicest guy I've ever met. So nice, so helpful, he did a good job and all that good stuff. I can't say enough nice things about him!
