The Company: In my experience the ARPwave company receives low marks for their marketing plan and for customer service. The marketing plan is high pressure to make a decision about using the ARPwave machine. There are several different levels of buy-in that are all very expensive. Their website suggests that use of the ARPwave machine will cure whatever problem that ails you. Yet, they do very little to determine the exact nature and extent of your medical condition prior to ARPwave treatment. The message is "it doesn't matter what your medical condition is, ARPwave will cure it. Baloney!
Customer service is pretty poor. Rarely do you connect with a person on the initial phone call. If you leave a message they may or may not return your call. They are happy to take your order for accessory equipment but don't always process the order - that can mean a gap in your use of the machine until the equipment arrives (after you call to follow up on the initial order).
Treatments: Most treatments follow a protocol that presumably is time-tested. You may or may not have access to these protocols depending upon the buy-in level. The protocols are written very ambiguously so that essentially you are still dependent upon a company appointed therapist. Some therapists are very good and explain the goal of the treatment. Other therapists skip appointments, don't return calls, etc. Remember, you're paying big bucks for this.
Treatment efficacy: For some these treatments are undoubtedly efficacious and the patient experiences some high level of cure for their condition. This is not my experience even with very good compliance on my part to the treatment protocol.
Bottom Line: The treatments are very expensive and customer service is basically a joke. If you have unlimited funds ARPwave might be worth a try. If you're on a budget I would suggest you save your money.-
