Garden Landscaping

In respone to the one below....let me say that the deck and plants were put in almost a year ago, the weeds growing up between the deck is not our problem, she had to options to put something down to cover the grass and didn't want to spend the extra money. She got a deck/pergola/new flower bed/removal of plants from back yard, material & labor for $1500.00. She chose not to spend the extra money to cover the grass. How is it our problem that almost a year later her plants died. How is it our problem that you chose not to cover the weeds from growing. We told her that our deck at home and my parents deck does not have that problem with the weeds but couldn't guarantee her that she would have the same luck. We did nothing wrong. And unlike most of you who want to leave a bad review, I left my name.

If you drive by my house right now, you will see THREE BROWN dead 'evergreen' trees that were part of a landscaping project by Proscape Lawn Services. They will charge me $65 to remove those dead plants.
If you drive by my house this summer, you will see weeds growing up between the wooden deck spaces. To pull the boards up and put something on the ground/over the flowerbed that Proscape Lawn Services covered with the wooden deck will cost $125.
I also noted that the only good review was by his mother-in-law.

I have used Proscape Lawn Services lawn & landscape services for the last 4 years. There prices are very reasonable and they have always delivered what they promise. Their entire staff is very professional, polite and down to earth. They are always prompt with response to any concerns or questions.

The quality I have always recieved from Jody Vaughan and his team is excellent!! I would highly recommend them!!

I am very happy in knowing that I will continue using their services for many years to come and that my lawn and landscape is in the hands of professional care!

Paid for services that we never received. Paid for products that we never received. It is hard to justify retaining a lawyer and pursuing Jody Vaughn for the amount of money involved and he think he counts on that.

From the looks of the other reviews, if I did, he would file some kind of charge against me and probably win. That's the way the system seems to work now, allow the bad guy to rip people off and then protect him and make his victims the bad guy in court.

How do people like this live with themselves??

I paid Proscape hundreds of dollars to plant several srubs and trees. They wanted a large sum of money for a deposit stating they would be back in 2 days. Well, it was several weeks and several phone calls before they returned. One of the trees died a few months later and when I called Jody to have it replaced, he said their plants/trees did not carry a warranty and he would have to charge again to replace it. I was surprised by this because every nursery that I have done business with in the past gives a 1 year warranty on all plants/trees that they sell. He displayed no emphathy at all. I would not recommend this business but if you deal with them, make sure you get everything in writing and don't take anything for granted..

Beware of doing business with this guy. He's a crook.

Paid 1500.00 up front as a deposit for a 3000.00 deck that would be started in 2 weeks. After more than 2 months of excuses we filed with the BBB and Jody Vaughan (owner) retaliated with harassment charges that ended up with my husband getting arrested on fathers day. He also filed orders of protection from him and his wife indicating we were harassing them both on their personal cell phones. We called the business numbers listed with his company only. We have had to hire a lawyer to fight his aggresive tactics and have several civil and criminal lawsuits that are about to launch against him. This guy will steal from you and use the legal system like a bully to get you to stop pursuing him for the return of your money but we will not back down.
