Heating & Air Conditioning

After a water incident in my basement, I made a call to Lew's to come and inspect my furnace, a/c and water heater. A serviceperson arrived within hours of my call (same day). Ed was professional, pleasant and very efficient. He fully explained his assessment to me after his inspection. I feel very comfortable after having this all checked out. Lew's is my regular heating and cooling service company. I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed in their high level of service to me.

Good service. Tech, Ed, was friendly, knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the job he did on the a/c unit.

I did quire a bit of research before chosing Lews. I found them to be friendly, always ready to answer my questions and did a wonderful job of installing my new A/C unit. Actually, they were very honest with me and told me that my current A/C unit was to large for my house and I should install a smaller unit.

Ed did a great job in replacing our furnace circut board today.

One question he refurred me to management about was my request for a labor and material breakdown on the overall cost of the repair. He mentioned you went to the new system of only providing a lump sum cost for all repairs. Being in construction, I like to have any understanding of what the cost breakdown is on a repair you hire someone to perform. Just a thought but it is a standard in the indurtry to provide a detailed breakdown for work completed.
