Heidi Powell, the Sales Rep/Trainer, is conscientious, professional, thorough, and dedicated. Mike, who installed the fence, did a fine job, both with the garage portion of the installation, as well as the fence installation.

They were both supportive of the process, despite some very tough weather conditions.

I believe they have superior collar technology.

I feel confident & relaxed that should any problems arise in the future, they will take care of it promptly & professionally.

I had several estimates on getting my invisable dog fence installed. Dogwatch was very competitave and had several points that I liked over the rest, one in particular was battery life. Phone calls to the office were answered satisfactorly and promptly. Training was excellent and explanation of system was very thorough. I had a problem with the system and repair was immediate and it was a problem that I caused and there was no charge. I am very pleased with the whole experience with Dogwatch and would definately use them again if the need arises.

The DogWatch representative that came to our house this morning was fantastic. He went above and beyond his call of duty and made our experience wonderful. I will recommend this business in the future!

I was looking for a way to keep my dog contained and I did not want a fence, too much maintenance. I have had DogWatch since 1999 and nothing but pleased. I now have 3 dogs 2 of which use the correction collars. Originally I did not really train either dog to adjust, after a couple of zapps from the system, they remember how far they can go. My one dog has gone out several times and I just noticed she did not have her transmitter, it had fallen off. She remembered the shock correction and never left the yard. I do not know how long she was without it
