I bought a casket from your company. My husband pick it up at the airport. Went directly to funral home. Could not get it opened called company they told him to get a hack saw and cut the latch. When the funeral home took my Mom to the church they could not shut it all the way because were afraid it would latch close again and would not be able to have a reviewal. At the cementary where the top closed you could see through to the other side. I assume there should have had some sort of gasket to seal it. Told the company about our problem but more or less no big deal to them. I guess I should of known better. Fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me.
