I have been doing business with Kitty Roark since she first started back in the mid 80's. She has always been so nice, honest, knowledgeable and caring. She has done my make up blending and coloring for all these years, plus I have bought items of clothing and lingerie. She is the first person I went to when I had my mastectomies, for fitting. And she was so genuine and truly cared. She has always been honest, her employees have been wonderful and they reflect her honesty and professionalism. This is one place I would never question. So lets see....26 years and not one bad experience. I question the review above. And had to write something. Thank you, Kitty for having such an upscale, honest and professional boutique. You are very much appreciated and not only by me, but by all the people I know who go to Couleur and do business with you and your staff.

I am the owner of Couleur and I know absolutely nothing about any over-charge and refusal to refund as stated in the review from zip code 71270. I have questioned each employee and none of them know anything about such an incident. This is not our way of doing business. If the person will call me at 318-868-5851 and ask for Kitty Roark, I will make the transaction right if you will provide the sales slip and other information which led you to place this review..

Sales people are con artists! Found something that I liked and bought it except when I got home and looked at the reciept they had added $100 to the price. I went back and the owner said it was my fault and I showed her the tag didn't have the 1... She said "oops, we left it off!" You better watch what you sign next time. She refused to refund. I am also writing a letter to BBB.
