This place is ridiculous! I took my computer in because it kept freezing up. I had talked to Microsoft, they said take it to a pro. So I did, so I thought. PC Doctor took a week to get it back to me. I have a business to run!! A week is forever...well, my computer still freezes, no one would call me back, tech dude didn't really explain "have you backed up your info" translated to tech dummies like me "have you backed up EVERYTHING including the programs that came preloaded with your computer and ALL possible info on your computer". Do not use them. Their service is horrible and once they have your money they really don't care.
