    • Can't even find invoice

    • Essentially I went into contract on a home. I simply needed an inspection. The person on the phone upsold me on a chimney cleaning as well. When it came time for the appointment on Friday February 24 2012 1:30 PM I recieved no call. My realtor called them and they said they had no record of the appointment.

      I then called them. The lady answered the phone and she said "oh i remember you, you came to columbus from Dayton for this inspection right?" I said "yes" she said "i don't know where the paper work is and i know i scheduled it" she said "let me call you back" never got called back. Now I probably lost thousands upon thousands of dollars because of them since I can no longer do an inspection and will buy the house as is.
