Catering By Weiss was founded in 1979 by brothers Fred and Alan Weiss, who wanted to make kosher innovative, accessible, affordable and fun. Catering by Weiss quickly rose to become recognized as the top kosher caterer in the Baltimore, Washington markets before being sold in 2002. Alan Weiss, bought back Catering by Weiss in 2010 and formed the new Catering by Alan Weiss.
Today, Catering By Alan Weiss is Headed up
by Alan and Martha Weiss and was formed with the mission to combine, great food, elegant visual presentations with well-choreographed timing that by design captures the magnificence of the day.
