    • I took my car to Sandy's to have work done on my car. The shop owner had the experience and knowledge that I had expected. The mechanic's were certified and made all my repairs that were listed on my work order in a timely manner. Sandy's Auto has been servicing my family vehicles for over 10 years and recommend them for quality service, low rates and great customer service.

    • This owner of this establishment is rude and condescending. I called to ask if my car was ready and was told to call back to speak with the owner. I called and was told the car should be back no later than 5pm. At 4:45 I went in and asked if the car was back. He then insinuated that I was calling 20 times to ask about the car and I was bothering him. When in fact I only called twice and walked in 10 minuted early to ask if the car was ready. Then waiting 20 minutes, the car finally came back, he then told me the car was not finished and we have to bring it back. If he told me this on the phone, I would have said just keep it , we will pick it up tomorrow. I am disabled and have difficulty sitting and driving around to much. This may not be a big deal, but we have had problems with his bad attitude and rudeness in the past. He tells us when the car will be ready and then find out he is not even finished, He is TOO defensive if asked questions regarding the repair of the vehicles. He starts yelling and won't listen to anything that is said. ....Does he do good work??? His attitude is so bad, that its not worth taking the car in for him to fix. I walk in, in a good mood and leave unhappy because he verbally abuses me with his untruths.
      VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!!!!
